CHICKEN FRY



Ingredients:


Chicken joints or pieces - 1 kg
Coriander powder - 1 sp
Jeera powder - 1 sp
Pepper - 1 sp
Garam masala - 1 sp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 sp
Maida
Cornfloor
Cornflakes
Salt
Oil
Lime
Chilli Powder

Preparation:


Wash chicken thoroughly and keep aside. Add coriander powder, jeera, pepper, garam masala, chilli powder, lime to the chicken, mix it well and marinate it for 5 to 6 hours. After marinating chicken, add half cup water and boil it in high flame for 10 minutes and in low flame for 5 minutes. Then let it cool.

Take a bowl and mix 1 cup maida, cornflour, salt and pepper and make it like dosa flour. Take another bowl and mix cornflakes powder (roughly made) and cornflour.

Dip pieces first in liquid bowl and then in dry (powdered) bowl. Repeat the procedure for all pieces and deep fry them in oil.
