CURD CHUTNEY



Ingredients:


Curd - 2 cups
Onion - 1 big
Salt - a little
Coriander leaves
















Preparation:


Mix salt in curd and add very little water in it. Cut onions as small as possible and as thin as possible. Crush them with hand and mix it in curd. Mix coriander leaves (cut into minute pieces). Curd used should not be sour.
