EGG HALF BOILED(for chapatis)


Egg - 1
salt - pinch
Oil - 1 or 2 spoons


Keep pan on medium flame and let it be heated well. Add one or two spoons of oil and add raw egg. Immediately add salt and pepper and keep stirring it. In ten or fifteen seconds, the rawness will go and you get a soft texture. Take it out and put it in a plate. Tastes great with chapathis.
