HEALTHY CHICKEN FRY



Ingredients:


chicken 1/2 kg
onion 2 medium sized
green chillies 2
ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
oil 4 table spoons
garam masala(2 cloves,1/2 inch cinnamon powdered)
pudina leaves 10
coriander powder 1 tea spoon
corriander leaves 1 bunch
salt to taste
turmeric
chilli powder

Preparation:


Mix half tea spoon chilli powder, turmeric , half tea spoon salt and half tea spoon ginger garlic paste with chicken.

Transfer the content to pressure pan and pour one cup water and let 3 whistles come. After opening the lid keep the non-stick pan on stove and pour oil and heat it. Cut onion into thin long slices and add it to oil. Also add two sliced green chillies, fry them till they turn a little crispy. Add half tea spoon ginger garlic paste. Fry it in low flame for two minutes. Add pudina leaves, fry it for one minute, then slowly add boiled chicken and add chilli powder, salt, turmeric, coriander powder and fry it thoroughly until all water evaporates. Add chopped corianderleaves and add a few drops of lime.
