PAN CAKES



Ingredients:


All purpose flour (maida) and wheat flour half & half - 2 cups
(or just wheat flour)
Sugar - 4 tablespoons
eggs - 2
cinnamon powder - pinch
vanilla essence - 1 spoon
Milk - one and a half cups
Baking Soda - 2 spoons
Banana or Coconut (grated) - 2 (optional)

Preparation:


Beat eggs and add vanilla essence and milk in it. Mix baking powder, cinnamon powder, powdered sugar and crushed bananas. Mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes. Heat pan and grease it with oil or butter. Pour 1/4 cup batter and cover it with lid. Keep the flame in medium. Turn pan cake and let it be fried on the other side.
